QA/QC Introduction

The quality department of Xiaolin Shoes Materials Co., Ltd. has 36 full-time inspectors. All of them have been professional trained and are keen-witted and capable, having both ability and moral integrity.

They control quality precisely, and are responsible for our entire QC system from the inspection of incoming raw materials, through to the monitoring of production processes and finished product inspection. To maintain the effective maintenance of this system, we perform internal checks according to planned time intervals. In this way, our quality control system and our production processes fall into line with the desired requirements and ceaseless improvement is promoted.

In all steps of the inspection process, our company has taken relevant documentation measures, for example: Product Inspection Standards, Control of Monitoring and Measuring Devices, Procedure for Control of Disqualified Products, Procedure for Control of Correcting Measures, Procedure for Control of Preventive Measures, as well as maintaining a relevant daily record.

This Department carries out and performs it's duties to meet ISO9001 quality management requirements, pursues ceaseless improvement and insists on the principle of 'Let the Customers Praise Us.'
